In 2016, Ian Sullivan seized the opportunity to relocate from South Central, Pennsylvania to Dallas, TX, embarking on a journey with Precision Global Corporation. Beginning as an Associate VP, Mr. Sullivan was on the ground floor of the Investor Relations team, offering invaluable assistance to partners in their pursuit of investment opportunities aligning seamlessly with their portfolios and investment strategies. With a hands-on approach, Mr. Sullivan personally stewarded and oversaw countless Real Estate transactions during his tenure at PGC, ultimately becoming one is its Managing Partners.

In his current capacity, Mr. Sullivan has reimagined how PGC builds projects and directly oversees the construction and realization of PGC assets.
